How did it go?

Every genuine review goes up — good or bad. Bryan reads each one first only to catch the few that cannot be shown: spam or fakes, anything abusive, threatening, obscene or discriminatory, someone else’s private details, confidential business details, anything clearly false, or a review that is not about work he did. Nothing is held back for being critical, nothing is edited, and every review taken down is logged with its reason.
