Wainwrights Handyman & Land Management is Bryan Wainwright — one person, working in and around Pine Mountain Lake. There is no call center, no dispatcher and no rotating crew. You call the number on this page and Bryan answers it.
The work splits into two halves. Inside and on the house, it is repairs and painting — the jobs that accumulate quietly until a whole weekend disappears into them. Outside, it is land management — clearing needles, brush and yard waste, opening defensible space back up, and hauling away whatever needs to go.
Both halves come down to the same thing: turning up when he said he would, doing the job properly, and leaving the place tidy.
